The process for implementing your website or other strategic project consists of six stages. In each, there are formal review and approval points to give you full control of the project and ensure the final product completely meets your expectations. The process is explained in the sections below.
In the Vision Stage, we work with you to create the ultimate vision for your website now and for the future. The vision places heavy emphasis on the objectives of the website and how it supports the overall organizational goals.
To create the vision, we will:

Collect and review all content and materials for the new website.

Study your existing website and the websites in your industry.
•
Study examples of other websites you like.
•
Hold a design consultation session with you and your staff.
In the concept stage, we will create the blueprint of plan for realizing the vision. We will develop the site infrastructure that includes:

The categorization of pages and components.
2.
Creation of a conceptual site map.
3.
Drafting of a homepage layout.
In this stage, we will continue with the creative graphic design for your homepage, based on the approved homepage layout and sketch. Our creative ability and expertise will allow us to develop compelling graphic design to make your website look great while maintaining its usability. We will work very closely with your staff to establish a look and feel for the website that reflects your unique identity.
Website/Graphic Design will include:

Homepage design concepts, custom made or from a template.
2.
Efficient and streamlined navigation and site architecture.
3.
Optimization for speed.
4.
Consistent graphics, structure, and navigation design.
Towards the end of this stage, we will present final design concepts for your approval. You will select one for implementation in the new website.
This stage includes the interior page design and programming the website according to the approved specifications and creative design. Our Creative Director will give us a direction for the sub-level page design. You will approve the sub-level design before we start programming the pages by inserting the content and materials you have submitted and approved.
While quality assurance is an integral part of every stage of the project, in the Quality Assurance State, we do extensive testing and reviewing of the website code. We will thoroughly follow an exhaustive checklist of all pages and function created during the development stage.
In the Launch Stage, the website is moved to your server. After you approve that the website is ready to launch, the website will be made available to the public. We will continue to monitor the website make sure the entire site is functioning properly.
